Some products in our store may require additional review before purchase or shipment. This can include injectable products, products associated with prescription-only use in certain countries, or products with destination-specific import requirements.
Why consultation may be required
Rules for health-related products differ by country. A product available in Japan may require a prescription, personal-use documentation, import permission, or other checks in another destination country.
What we may ask for
- Destination country and shipping address country
- Confirmation that the order is for personal use where applicable
- Relevant prescription or documentation if required by the destination country
- Confirmation that the customer understands possible customs review
What customers should know
Consultation does not guarantee import approval. Final decisions are made by the destination country's customs, health, or regulatory authorities. If we believe a product cannot be shipped safely or appropriately to a destination, we may decline fulfillment or cancel the order.
